Our Story
Blue Fire Career was started by a partner from a boutique retained executive search firm whose clients were primarily Fortune 500 corporations but also included some medium-sized companies and nonprofit organizations. With over 25 years of experience, he has coached hundreds of professionals in many industries at levels ranging from entry- to Executive Vice President.

These professional have worked in a wide range of functional areas of a company (accounting, corporate communications, distribution, finance, general management, human resources, IT, manufacturing, marketing, procurement, sales, transportation, warehousing…). All  Coaches have been trained to use the Blue Fire Career process which allows for a customized approach factoring in your current role and future aspirations.
